REFINERY RAILCAR SALES RACK UPGRADES

This estimated $6.5MM project improved the efficiency of loading and unloading products at the Railcar Sales Rack, with the primary objective of increasing the Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) loading capacity. A new ULSD storage tank, two (2) new ULSD pumps, upgrades to the existing unloading pump controls, a new ~300 foot. long platform for top loading, new gangways, new loading arms, new PLC, major piping relocations, new pipeway and pipe supports. New cable tray system to replace all existing conduit/wire.
