 AQMD Rule 1176 compliance Project – Advantiv Engineering provided overall Project Management; Engineering/Design provided by others. This project installed a new blower skid, condensate knockout pot, and a pump. Piping systems were installed to divert the vapor flow from the API separators to the existing thermal oxidizer.  This project successfully removed fugitive emissions.
